แอพสำหรับช่วยกันรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในประเทศไทยผ่านเครือข่ายสังคม โดยจะทำการส่งตำแหน่ง ที่อยู่ และเวลาขณะรายงาน รวมถึงภาพถ่ายไปยัง Twitter พร้อมกับแท็ก #ThaiFlood ซึ่งมีผู้ติดตามสถานการณ์ผ่านทางนี้อยู่มากมาย รวมถึงผู้มีบทบาทในการให้ความช่วยเหลือและเกาะติดสถานการณ์
นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถส่ง SMS ไปยังบริการ 4567892 ของกระทรวง ICT ได้ โดยแอพจะช่วยระบุตำแหน่งของท่านด้วย
วิธีใช้งาน
– แอพจะทำการระบุพิกัดของท่าน
– เลือกรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำ ตามข้อความที่มีในแอพ (อาจกด reload เพื่อให้ข้อความใหม่)
– กดปุ่มขวาบน เพื่อ 1) โพสท์ลง Twitter พร้อมแท็ก #ThaiFlood ซึ่งจะระบุตำแหน่งพิกัดภูมิศาสตร์ และที่อยู่ (ถนน ตำบล อำเภอ จังหวัด) พร้อมสถานการณ์ 2) ส่งข้อความขอความช่วยเหลือไปยังบริการของกระทรวง ICT 3) โพสท์รูปไปยัง Twitter
– กรณีที่ข้อความที่ต้องการไม่มี สามารถพิมพ์แก้ไขเองได้ และสามารถส่ง e-mail ติดต่อผู้พัฒนาเพื่อเพิ่มข้อความลงในระบบได้

You can use this app to send message and flooding situation in Thailand via Twitter with pre-defined messages to help speed-up the report (you can contact developer for adding for reportage words), along with reporting location and time, with #ThaiFlood tag. You can also take photos and post to twitter with relevant information.
Lots of people are tracking news through this twitter timeline with this tag, as well as a lot of volunteers and organizations.
Also, you can use to send SMS to Ministry of ICT about requesting for help. It will also send location to MICT.
You can edit both tweet and SMS message as you see fit.
